Eddy has spent his career working at the intersection of data and finance in roles that have given him deep expertise in data modeling, smart analytics, and automation. Currently, Eddy is responsible for Nasdaq's Data Fabric initiative, a platform and service that manages ETL, cataloguing, and discovery of customers' growing data sprawl.

Eddy began his career on Wall St., working at best-in-class financial data company, Bloomberg before joining the algorithmic trading desk at Royal Bank of Canada. In 2015, he moved to Silicon Valley to join the growing Cloud industry, working for Google Cloud where he was responsible for building out a data-driven go-to-market strategy while the business was beginning it’s hypergrowth. During this time, he saw the potential of externalizing Google’s powerful data suite and decided to join the Customer Engineering team, enabling some of Google’s key quantitative hedge fund customers. Upon leaving Google, Eddy gained experience leading large-scale data transformations as Zencore's VP of Data, guiding his customers' in creating a data culture that leverages the latest warehouse, analytics, and visualization tools.
