With over 20 years of experience in the financial & capital marketsregulation, Nicole Dyskant currently serves as Global Head of Legal and Compliance at Hashdex, the largest LATAM crypto investment adviser. She is also in charge of ESG initiatives within the Group.

Prior to that, she founded Dyskant Advogados, a boutique law firm that serves more than 150 asset managers and investment advisers on an ongoing basis; and Co-founded Compliasset, a leading and awarded regulatory compliance software for the Brazilian fund industry. Guest Professor at LL.M in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at FGV Law Program, Societário Academy online course and CVM Leading Cases online course, organized by ESA/RJ.

Prior to founding Dyskant Advogados and Compliasset, she served as a Partner with ACA Compliance Group, founding ACA Compliance Brasil, in Rio de Janeiro (2014). Before that, she has worked as partner in charge of the Regulatory and Compliance Practices at Trindade Sociedade de Advogados, a law firm she joined after serving as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Ágora CTVM S.A. She started with Ágora in 2004 and rose to the rank of partner. In 2008, Ágora merged with Bradesco BBI. After the merger, Nicole worked for the Bradesco Conglomerate.

Nicole Dyskant earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (“PUC-Rio”), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (MBA) from IBMEC-RJ, and a Certificate degree in Financial Services Law from New York Law School. She also has been certified as a Regulatory and Compliance Professional by the FINRA Institute at Wharton (CRCP) and as a Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (2018).

As voluntary work, Nicole is Co-chair at 100 Women in Finance Brazil Committee, Vice-President at OAB/RJ Capital Markets & Corporate Committees, Leader at “Mulheres do Mercado”, and member of relevant industry committees, such as Compliance Women Committee – CWC and ElasinTech.
