Olga Kane is Managing Director at Synthesis. Previosly she was Director of Business Development at Quantstellation, a proprietary quantitative investment group that combines scientific methods and financial expertise to exploit market inefficiencies across asset classes in global markets. In her role Olga oversees data origination strategy. That includes proactive sourcing of traditional and alternative data sets, building strategic data partnerships and managing full cycle of data acquisition. Prior Quantstellation, Olga worked at ITI Group where she was head of a multi-manager hedge fund platform focusing on quantitative investment strategies. Before that she held a variety of senior roles in the alternative investments industry including Head of Operations and Investor Relations at Da Vinci Capital. She started her career as a client relations manager at Renaissance Capital. Olga holds master’s degree in finance from International University of Business and New Technology and MBA degree from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
